1. Overview
What needs to change
- WorkingYour website is secure, works on phones, and Google can find all 31 pages.
- WorkingWe've researched how people search for your services, for example "iv therapy near me" and "botox toronto."
- WorkingOur ranking tracker is checking your search phrases with no errors.
- In progressWe're refocusing the tracked phrases on your services. No rankings yet, which is normal for a new website.
- Needs youA few website details before ads go live: doctor credentials, opening hours and real clinic photos.
- Needs youAccess to your Google and Meta accounts, so we can measure results from day one.
What we'll do
- Focus the plan on two areas: Google Ads and social media. Website work happens only where it supports them.
- Build the foundations carefully, start small, and grow what works.
What to expect
- Honest, plain-language reporting on what's happening and what we recommend next.
- Ranking reports measured against today's starting point.
- No promised rankings, patient numbers or deadlines.
2. Google Ads (PPC)
What needs to change
- Needs youAd landing pages should answer what a new patient wants to know: who provides the treatment, your pricing approach, and an easy way to call or request an appointment.
- In progressPages are slow on phones today. We'll fix that before ads launch, so you aren't paying for visitors who leave before the page loads.
What we'll do
- Start with a few focused campaigns for your core services, such as IV therapy, aesthetics and medical weight management.
- Write ads that follow the CPSO advertising rules: services described plainly, no brand-name drugs, no testimonials, no "best" claims.
- Leave Ozempic, semaglutide and similar prescription drug names out of ads, keywords and landing pages unless a legal review confirms what's allowed.
- Set up tracking so we can see which calls and appointment requests come from ads.
- Use ads to help HPX show up in Google searches while your regular (unpaid) rankings build. We'll report on both separately.
What to expect
- A careful test first, then adjustments based on real results.
- Results vary by service and competition. We'll report clicks, costs, calls and appointment requests, and recommend next steps.
4. Website Support
What needs to change
- Needs youConfirm one set of opening hours. The site currently shows two different sets.
- Needs youThe physician's name and CPSO registration number, and who provides the IVs and injections.
- Needs youConfirm you're licensed to use REVIV's product names and descriptions.
- In progressRemove placeholder text and images, including a sample testimonial.
What we'll do
- Speed up the site on phones, mainly by resizing images.
- Fix one site-wide setting so Google reads your page titles and descriptions correctly.
- Add tap-to-call and clear "Request appointment" buttons.
- Review the wording against the CPSO advertising rules with you and your advisor.
What to expect
- Targeted fixes that help your ads and social perform, not a rebuild.

What we'll do
- Send simple step-by-step instructions for each item above.
- Connect Search Console, Analytics, PageSpeed and Google Ads to the tracker once access is in place. PageSpeed needs nothing from you.
- In progressFinish upgrades to our ranking tracker: retire the older primary-care phrases and add mobile tracking (it checks desktop only today), since most local searches happen on phones.
- Share the results of the next ranking check, scheduled for Monday, October 5, compared with today's starting point.
